A property book was designed to attract new businesses and individuals to join. It captured brand ethos and provided an in-depth outline of the types of spaces and locations. The cover was inspired by composition notebook, reimagined with a linen cover and contrasting spine.
A series of illustrations were drawn to highlight the uniqueness of each location, with whimsical details peppered throughout.
